Is it possible to show the project name on estimates/quotes/invoices?

There appears to be an option in Theme Settings for "Organisation / Project Name" to "show on the invoice" however I've never seen the project name appear on the PDF, HTML or Email versions of invoices/estimates/quotes.

Currently when raising estimates and invoices for clients who have many projects, I have to manually add the project name to the invoice summary so they know what the invoice/estimate refers to.

Hi Chris,

It is possible to show the project names on your invoices. This would require the following steps.

Firstly, you should enable this option by heading to Settings > Organisation > Toggle features > Invoices & expenses and ticking the box next to Project invoices.

Secondly, you should navigate to Tools > Projects > Edit project > Project Divisions and make sure that the Use name on invoices? drop-down is set to Yes.

Lastly, you would edit your invoice and choose your desired project from the drop-down menu. This would then be reflected on you invoice, as you can immediately see by hitting View as PDF. The project name would, however, replace the company name on your invoice.
