Sales Invoice Email From Address

Hi

I seem to be able to email clients copy invoices direct from the sales ledger in all but one of my companies

In this company in question, the 'From Email address' is an old user of the system and I can't type over it, it is greyed out. The correct email for contact appears in the 'Settings > Organisation > Details section, but for some reason I cannot change this

I get this message when I enter an unpaid invoice

Our system indicates that you have not yet verified the from email address; until the verification is complete you can only send this email from . We have now sent another verification email.
