Invoice Layout

Question asked by John Wright 9 years ago

We would like to change/correct the invoice format, and would welcome some pointers. Our problems are as floows: despite having plenty of room, our address is on a single line apart from the last 3 characters of the postcode which appear on the next line The text "Email" appears following the phone number, but the email address is on the following line. A new line is required before the word "Email" On the payment advice the "Cheques Payable to" heading appears in the centre, but there is insufficient space on the line for "Clophill Heritage Trust", so the word "Trust" appears on the following line. It would be better for the whole of the name to appear on the following line. the text "BACS" has a lower case "s"

Hi Nick,

We ask customers to raise a ticket with us when answering their question is going to require discussing specifics related to their account. This is to protect the customer's data and privacy.

If you are interested in creating your own invoice themes you may find the following Support Guides to be of assistance:

surely this should be open for all to see? Is this not a case of modifying a template If I take out a subscription I want to be able to modify forms myself easily
