Current subscription end date

Just trying to work out when my Clear Books subscription ends. Is it possible to see this somewhere? I've looked in the obvious place - Home / Subscription - but there's no reference to the current subscription.

Hi Lucy,

To view your Clear Books invoices, hover the mouse pointer over the building icon in the top-right corner of the page and select 'Subscriptions'

Then click 'Payment settings'

and then 'View billing history'

This will then take you to a list of all your subscription invoices.

Hi Simon,

If you head to Home > Subscription and click on the 'Payment settings' tab

Then click the 'Payment History' button

That will bring up a list of all your Clear Books purchase invoices. Clicking on the description will open them up and it will show the subscription period on there.

Alternatively, we can also send you a URL link to your Clear Books statement. Which will list all the invoices on there as well.

Thanks Natasha. I can see that now. However, the invoice doesn't show the actual end date: when I renewed my subscription (via Mobeen Mahmood) an offer was available such that a free month was given for each year of renewal, so for a two year subscription I got an extra two months. My subscription end date should be 12 Jul 2017... so was just wondering if this is visible anywhere.

Perhaps each section under Home | Subscription | Select plan could show the current subscription for that section, if any?

There is a note on the system that 2 free months are due, but I believe these will need to be added on at the end of the current subscription period. But I will double-check with one of my colleagues on the subscription team to see how this will be actioned on your account. However I do agree that there should be something on the system, that shows the end date of an annual and bi-annual plan and have already queried it with the team.
