Paypal import

Hello, I don't use clearbooks currently so I removed the paypal permissions. I now get an email every day saying that import could not be completed but because I cannot see any way to disable the integration within the dashboards. (maybe because I do not have a subscription). Can someone please help me remove the paypal integration and stop the emails?

Hi Adam,

I have logged into your account and turned off the automatic Paypal import, as requested. This should hopefully prevent you from receiving further emails regarding it.

Hi Adam,

If your subscription has expired you will not have access to any part of the system beyond the Dashboard and the Subscription page, so you will not be able to turn off the Paypal import.

If you can let us know the name of your account we can go in and turn it off for you.

It might be better if you raise this as a Support ticket by emailing contact support (from the email address you use to log into Clear Books), to avoid disclosing any information which might be private and so that we have a written record of the requested change to your account.
