Next Friday payday [8th] is pay week 53?

I understand from the Open payroll team that if you have your pay day as the 8th it will be week 1 of tax year 2016-17.

Only customers who have the pay date as Monday or Tuesday would be running a 53 payslip if they need to provide one for that week.

I think something might be wrong then as I've got a few clients with pay days next Fri and they're all showing as W53. Here is an example from a client with Warks in their name...
