How to re-explain a transaction?

Over the last year we have explained a particular type of transaction incorrectly. How do we change the explanation for it, and is there a way to do this in a group? Thanks in advance

Hi Ricky

Are you just looking to change the 'account code' i.e. from telephone to advertising or is it more indepth than that?
