At present I get user authentication failure but I cannot find where to change the HMRC login details. I am sure it is obvious once you have found it :-)

Have you set Clear Books up as your agent for VAT returns on the Government Gateway? If not, then please see the the instructions in the following Support Guide to help you with that.

None of that seems to work, I see no "Manage Services" or "Appoint Agent"
