Issues with import of Paypal

There seems to be a problem with the import part of Paypal, we've tried twice, over two days, to do this and nothing has appeared.

Apologies that this issue is still ongoing. Apparently an influx of some extremely large imports have caused issues with the queuing system for imports. Our Development Team are still working to resolve the issue and to get the backlog processed as quickly as possible.

Yes sorry Michael,
There are some large imports causing a backlog and delay in the Paypal statements to be imported. The technical team are currently working on ways of speeding this up - I will let you know as soon as they have made any progress.

Are there any plans to improve this? Unfortunately, having to wait around one week for transactions to upload isn't at all practical. Especially when there is no given timescale.
