Correcting errors on a submitted CIS report

Hi, I've discovered I've made several errors on the CIS report m/e 5 June. I have called the CIS helpline and they no longer amend the reports over the phone. I was told to amend it online 'and speak to your software provider'. I doubled up on 10 invoices (duplicated them). Do I overwrite the existing report and resubmit it and then delete the duplicate invoices? Thank you.
