Assistance required to produce Profit & Loss, Trial Balance and Balance Sheet for small company.

We are a small company based in Eastleigh, Southampton, established over 4 years ago, and have been using Clear Books from the start. I do the processing and our Chartered Accountants do all of the the above at the end of the year. I now want to do this on a minimum of a Quarterly basis, and would like to engage an Individual who can teach and assist me to achieve this. Following an initial meeting, the work can be carried out anytime and anywhere. Estimate 30/40 hours work initially. Please contact Phil Anders at philanders@albior.com

Hi Phil

Perhaps your accountant are actually the ones to talk to about this? Working with them rather than potentially trying to shut them out would surely be of greater benefit?

Hi Phil given that cloud accounting enables far easier collaboration between businesses and their accountants, and can significantly reduce the year end work necessary by the accountant, is there a reason why your accountants are not able to help you here? If it's a case that they are not that familiar with the benefits of working in the cloud then this would be a good opportunity for them and you.

I am hoping I do not need the Accountants at the end of the day, except to rubber stamp what is presented ?
