Sales CIS submission problem

Dear Team

I need to make CIS sales submission and tried to do it by submitting the EPS as instructed in Guide.

But I received the following error message: "There were one or more validation issues that need to be addressed before this Full Payment Submission can be submitted to HMRC Authentication Failure. The supplied user credentials failed validation for the requested service"

What is the problem?

Hi Dina,

Have you added your PAYE Ref number and accounts office reference number on the Employer>Details menu?
