Clearbooks & Go Cardless

Hi,

The link between go cardless and clearbooks is all working however the collection date is like 3 to 4 days after the invoice.

This is causing us a further delay in getting paid.

How many days before the due date should you raise the invoice so that it is collected from go cardless on that date.

Hi Richard,

Ah right - usually the payment is triggered when the invoice is generated, so in this case, you would need to set the invoice to recur 6 - 7 days before the date you actually want to receive the money.
