I have set up recurring invoices each month, but I want to be able to finalise my invoicing before end of the month. How can I ensure the system creates the new invoices in draft before the invoice date at the end of the month?

To achieve exactly what you want I think you will need to create the recurring invoices a few days before you'd ideally like to, that way they the drafts will then be produced ready for you to check/edit as required.

When creating the recurring template there should be an option to create invoices as draft - you can edit the template and update this now if needed:
Yes - but they are not appearing in my draft invoices until the end of the month? I'd like to be able to amend and approve them before the end of the month. Unless I am looking in the wrong place, I have no draft invoices at the moment.
