PO Numbers

If I create a PO number through ClearBooks and it creates a bill in the system, can I allocate a purchase invoice to this bill? Or will I end up duplicating things? Payment will be assigned to the invoice so I don't want to end up having loads of these PO bills unpaid! Thanks

Hi Mary - I think there's a bit of confusion here, the bill is the purchase invoice, and you assign a payment to it.
