Transaction Reports

Question asked by Andrew Scott 8 years ago

The option to download transaction reports to CSV doesn't seem to work any more - only to PDF.

Any suggestions?

That is odd - it may be a plugin for Chrome having some adverse affect on this button - if you are able to try this on Firefox or any other browser it could narrow the problem down to a configuration in Chrome being the problem.

Hi Andrew,

I have managed to download a CSV transaction report from the demo - which internet browser are you using, also what happens when you click on the button to export the file - is a blank file downloaded or any error/time out messages appear?

John - thanks

I'm using Google Chrome

When I try and download the drop down appears to choose PDF or CSV - if I choose PDF it works but if I try and choose CSV nothing at all happens

Works fine for me. Is it blocking the 'save as' pop-up by any chance?

Kevin - Thanks but I don't think so.

If I hover over the "Save as PDF" button it highlights so I can save.

But when I click on the down arrow the 2 options appear on screen but when I hover over them nothing highlights/happens

Silly question but I presume you've tried clicking the csv option instead of just hovering?

Yep - doesn't have any effect

I just tried doing it on my colleague's computer and it was fine so must be me!

I'll get my IT guy on to it now

thanks for your help

Regards

Andrew
