Reports missing "Account Name"

Hi There,

I have recently updated a ticket, but have received no notification so I am wondering if the age of the ticket (last month) means that it will not be updated at your end. So forgive me if this is now the second ticket for the same subject. The original ticket is here:

Hi JK,

As explained in your ticket earlier, you'll need to also export the Sales Line items file to get the account names.
