Strange attachment bug

Since the new design change, I keep experiencing a strange bug. I'll upload an attachment and assign it to a transaction/expense. Later on I'll go to add another attachment to another transaction and I'll see the previous attachment available. When I look at the previous transaction, it mysteriously have an old attachment assigned to it from a months ago. This keeps happening. Always with the same old attachment.

I have also started experiencing this and it is very disconcerting as I am no longer sure whether receipts are attached to the correct transaction. What seems to happen is that I will upload many receipts and then create the transactions to go with them attaching the receipts as I go. At some point in this process I will go to attach a receipt and see that one of the receipts I have already attached is there waiting to be attached again. When I then go back to look at the transaction that should have this receipt it turns out that it has a different receipt altogether. Sometimes from many months ago.

In my account the receipt attached to PUR000055 is most definitely not the one that I uploaded. Weirdly, the receipt is still associated with the correct transaction. i.e. the same attachment is now on two transactions.

Please help, it is most frustrating.
