CIS Payment

Our Accountant does the cis return When we explain the payment on the bank statement we go to HMRC and CIS creditor but this only shows the VAT we have to pay Shortly if 1 Allocate the cis amount will it deduct of the vat and cause me a problem when I pay the VAT

Hi Geoff - when CB creates the CIS returns it puts the tax liability to a special account in your account codes "CIS Creditor" 8503001, so this is where you put the payment.
