VAT Rounding Adjustment

Hi there,

I have been entering invoices and every so often it tells me that

VAT rate changed VAT has been changed to Manual to accommodate rounding issues.

I then go ahead and save the invoice , but the gross amount I have entered is decreased by 1p so the invoice doesn't tie up with the payment.

I have been on settings and disabled VAT rounding but the issue persists.

Hi Vicki,

Are you able to email contact support with an example of a transaction where this has happened so that we can investigate the issue?
