Entering Invoices

Hi there,

When entering invoices I choose the name of the customer, the account code I have chosen as the default for that customer comes up.

I then enter the date and the default account code disappears, do you have any idea why this happens and how to stop it happening?

Hi Vicki - that's strange, I've just tried it and that doesn't happen. If you are on the new Invoice screen released late last year, you might want to change back to the old one in the Preview page, although it made no difference to mine.

If still not working properly it's best to contact support as they can login and see what's happening.

Thanks for the reply I have reverted to preview and that seems to work fine.
