I have noticed the Money in/ out is different from before.

It doesn't appear under Bills anymore, the ID used to show as PAY000XXX after I input to value in Money Out . Does that mean I need to allocate the payment by creating a bill now?

The money out on the bank accounts menu can be used to link a payment to a bill

There should still be a Purchases>Money out - do you have full permissions on the account?

I think I have chosen the money out under the Purchase, I think I know what I did wrong. Thank you!
