Cancelling account

Question asked by Peter Harris 8 years ago

I have decided to close my Clearbooks account at the end of the current financial year as it is too expensive for the small amount of transactions I use it for.

However, I have just discovered that you took a payment for £475.20 from my account on 16th February.

I presume this means that you have signed me up for another year although I only want to use it until 31st March.

Can I get a refund for the unused part?

Hi Peter,

Could you please raise this as a Support ticket by emailing contact support?

That way we will be able to go into your account and investigate.

I look forward to hearing from you.

All the best.

Sorry I thought this was the way to raise a ticket. I've just submitted another. I'll send it to the email address instead
