Exporting data to an external hard drive using Mac

If I tick the 'all contacts' tab will that download all the data at once, or do I need to do each one separately?
Hi Julie, this will download all the contacts you have on Clear Books into a CSV file.
If you want more data head to the Tools>Export menu and from there you can export separate CSV files for other types of data.
