Going to subscription page in error

Hello I'm selecting payroll at the top and it's taking me to the subscription page can you please investigate

Hi Jim - usually means you haven't paid or subscribed? Also best to raise this via a support ticket.

As Paul said, please send us an email to contact support so we can check your account for you. You may indeed need to subscribe.
