Is it possible to convert an invoice back to quotation please?
Hi Mark - if you created an invoice from a quote, the quote will still be sitting there on Sales > Quotes under the Invoiced filter. So you can unmark it as invoiced which I think moves it back to "Complete" so you can edit it. Or you can copy it to start a new quote.
If you don't want it, void the original invoice.
