I wish to subscribe but not to the plan I started, I want the middle plan. How do I down grade without starting again?

Sorry for the delay. Just to clarify, we only offer a large or small plan and I am assuming you would like to downgrade to the small plan. But please double check the price plans in the link given: https://www.clearbooks.co.uk/pricing
Nonetheless, the system currently does not allow you to downgrade. However, if you would like to send your business name to our email contact support - a member of our development team would gladly make that change for you.
