No vat on credit notes

Entered a credit note and the Vat has not applied. Please help..?

Could you please raise this as a Support Ticket by emailing contact support? That way we can go into your account and take a look at the credit note.
Please let us know the number of the credit note in question in the Support Ticket and we will be happy to investigate.
