Deleted Sales Invoice

Whilst trying to unallocate a payment to a sales invoice, I seem to have deleted it all together! Can anyone tell me how to add the invoice back to the unpaid section from void?

Hi Catherine - you just copy it and that creates a duplicate and, if necessary, change the invoice number to what it was
