Unable To View Bills

Hello - I recently created these two bills, but I'm unable to find them using the search for either unpaid or voided bills.

Can you please look into why these are not showing under my account?

Hi Theo,

It looks as though both bills are created for your employee contact - currently, you do not have permissions to view employee bills


(also your user status has not been linked to your employee contact so you can't view your own bills)


You will need to request this to be updated by an admin user - or ask them to contact us to update the permissions on their behalf.
