Is the pension contribution report that the payroll module produces Papdis compatible?

I am looking at a pension and auto -enrollment provider that can utilise Papdis files from payroll providers. I want to make sure ClearBooks is compatible with this format before signing up to mange my payroll through ClearBooks.

Hi Kate,

Apologies for the delayed response.

Currently, our payroll export function is in a CSV file format so the data exported can be manipulated to be uploaded to any pension provider. This can be done when you are in the Payroll module > Pensions > Reports > Pension Contributions and there will be a 'download report as CSV' option, please see link: https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/uploads-eu.hipchat.com/36185/5036251/AyjuEOnBFBz40Qa/upload.png

Also, the format of our exported files meets the requirements of NEST, however, for any other providers, you may need to contact the pension provider to include/ remove the appropriate data.
