When submitting a VAT return it shows an correlation ID to be used when contacting HMRC re any issues with the return. However, once the screen is refreshed to confirm the return has been submitted, the ID disappears - why?
A quick update - The correlation ID should now appear on all confirmed VAT returns.

Hmm - I thought this just remained forever :S
I'll escalate to the devs to find out why it disappears and get back to you shortly
