Hi there
Please can you send me an invoice for the recent annual subscription I have taken out for Clearbooks which I need for my accounting as it did not get emailed to me nor can I find the place to download it. Many thanks

Hi Tim,
You can find your subscription invoices by going to the building symbol in the top right and clicking on Subscriptions> Payment settings> View billing history. You will be able to view the invoices in PDF and download them if you'd like.
Best answerThanks for your quick response - not the easiest to find - maybe best moving that button to next to the payment settings button a level up. Also, couldn't find the PDF button, but printed the page to PDF instead.
Thank you for your suggestion. The invoices open up in PDF automatically and, though we don't provide a download button, there is always the facility to download a document when using PDF software by clicking the symbols in the corner.
