On Partner's Bureau Payroll (client subscription)

Hi guys

Can somebody please point me in the direction of the comms to explain what these monthly payroll charges are we keep being invoiced for in addition to the annual bureau charge?

I don't ever remember receiving anything so can only presume we've missed it somehow.
