Morning,
When a payment is made by accident on the bank then this is refunded how do we allocate the refund to the payment as we have two situations where this has become a problem but can not seem to allocate the refund to the transaction on their account.

To clear the unallocated cash, the overpayment will need to be allocated to an overpayment invoice, this would then need to be refunded to reverse the invoice, please see the support guide link which will have a step by step explanation: https://www.clearbooks.co.uk/support/guides/refunding-overpayment/refunding-an-overpayment/
