temporarily stop go cardless

we have a client who pays via go cardless against our invoices. We need to send the client for an invoice for fee protection which the client payed to the provider, if we create an invoice at present it will automatically draw a payment.

Any help on how to tempoarily disable for one invoice would be appreciated.

Hi Paul,

In this case, I would suggest going into Tools > Integrations > GoCardless > Settings and turn off 'Automatic payment requests when pre-authorisations available'. You can then send the invoice to the client without automatically drawing a payment and re-enable the feature after.
