Hi,
By chance I just looked at your pricing information to discover that the current cost is 16.80 per month plus VAT.
I have been paying more than this for some considerable time. I currently pay 21 + VAT per month.
Can explain why this is?

The £16.80 per month that you're looking at is for a 2-yearly large plan, which would actually take a lump sum of £403.20 and therefore turns out to be 20% cheaper than paying monthly (£21) over 2 years. So, essentially the £16.80 is worked out from £403.20/ 24.
