I have just taken a look at your account, it seems that you are non-VAT registered. But you have toggled 'Record VAT on purchases when not registered' and are able to put a manual VAT rate but will not show up on the purchase order.

My buisness is not Vat registered however some of my suppliers are. It is common practice in South Africa to show vat on the purchase order.

So are you saying there is no way to edit my PO template to reflect the VAT that I have entered into the GUI?

Yes, currently, there isn't a way to show the VAT for those line items on a purchase order. However, our developers are currently looking into this to see if it is a small change that can be implemented. I will let you know as soon as I hear something.

It seems that there is an additional bug that our developers have not noticed, they will look into this and again, I will update you as soon as it has been fixed.

Our developers have reviewed their code and the fix has been deployed. I have also checked on your account that line items do show VAT.
