Gocardless

Hi, I'm following the instructions on https://www.clearbooks.co.uk/support/guides/integrations/clear-books-gocardless-integration-setup/ to integrate Gocardless.

I've got to step 3, but my screen looks different (I get a drop down option, rather than the entire list, and my only options for integrations appear to be Companies House, Yodlee, eWay and, under 'Other Integrations', Capsule CRM, MailChimp and Receipt Bank.

Any ideas why I can't get Gocardless?

Sorry, Liz, this guide needs updating - head to Tools>Integrations>GoCardless instead -

However if it doesn't appear there straight away, try logging out and back in as there may be a caching problem

Many thanks for your quick reply, especially on a bank hol. I should have thought to log out and log back in - it was a cache problem.
