Missing Supplier Name from Purchase Bills

Under Purchases Bills Unpaid I have a problem with the Supplier Reference.

The Supplier name is shown on the right hand side

But when i Go to Edit the name of the Supplier is missing

This means that when I go to the Purchases Bill Unpaid Bills and Search using the Supplier Name it does not find the bills.

Has anyone experienced the same and if so how do you resolve it apart frpom manually editing all the bills to put in the supplier name.

Hi John,

Thanks, I'd have to edit the screenshots out to avoid sharing sensitive information with the public. However, I have taken a look into this from our end and can't seem to replicate the problem. After clicking Edit, the supplier's name remains, also, when using our Filter feature, the bill mentioned previously filters out for the relevant supplier.

I would suggest upgrading to our new Invoice layout to see if this resolves the problem. This can be done by clicking the Preview button on the top left and click Preview. Please let me know if the problem persists.

Could you please email into support@clearbooks,co.uk to confirm your account name please? It appears that there were multiple accounts in our database.
