How can I void a bill that has no VOID button

I have a bill that I am unable to void as there is no VOID button. This is from my last VAT quarter but I have not yet created a VAT report, so I cannot understand why I appear to be unable to void it.

Can someone please help? Thanks

NB: not sure it makes any difference but it is a bill I created then explained it on bank import, as opposed to a bill automatically created when explaining an import

Thanks, sorted. (I needed to first delete the payments)

Please will you email contact support with this query and a bill number as an example so that we can look into this?
