Bank Account Types

Probably a daft question but here goes.
I have balances in Paypal, Payoneer and other places.
Do I set these up in Accounts and what account type do I use?

No, of course not - that's not a daft question!
In this case, I would suggest adding the accounts under the Internet Payment type.
