How do I register Statutory Paterinty Pay (SPP) in the Clearbooks payroll system?

Hi Jonas,

You will have to submit an EPS which will show any reclaims of statutory maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental payments to HMRC. The form SC3 will only be applicable to the employee becoming a birth parent and will need to apply to their employer for SPP and Leave, which is accessible on HMRC's website.

Hi Jonas,

When processing an employees payroll, you will have the option to select Show Statutory Payments, as shown below:

You can then input the SPP in the fields provided:

OK that makes sense - is there no additional reporting to send to HMRC? Like form SC3?
