Thank you for your answer and your email.
I started by follow your advices below.
1 "Failed to refresh, this could be because you have already refreshed your account recently."
2 I unliked the Bank Account, fill the form again, pick 01/04/2017 - but some people said I can have only 3 months and I checked my bank online they provide only .pdf. . Csv is only available for the last transactions - and since 5 minutes now or more I have this message "Yodlee is in the process of updating your account with your revised credentials."
So I Don't know how long I have to wait for Yodlee and if it will possible to have all my bank transactions since 04/2017.
