I would like the cost in the quote and invoices to be tax inclusive. Not unit price plus relevant vat. i.e Unit price £15 inclusive of vat = £15 Not Unit price £15 exclusive of vat = £18. Is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. You must first select the VAT rate, then input the Gross Value (VAT inclusive amount).

Best answerHi Tommy, I tried that but it appears that I have to input the vat exclusive amount and then enter the vat amount. I want to enter the gross sale price and then have Clearbooks work out, and show, the net price and vat amount. Regards, Robin
Hi Robin,
I've tested this on our end and can confirm it works. When creating a new invoice, select the VAT rate, then input the gross value in the Gross Amount box:
