VAT annual accounting

I have annual accounting for VAT how can I add the monthly payments so that they come off the accruing VAT?
Hi Sally,
You could create the payments to HMRC from the Purchases>Unallocated payments menu. Once you create the bill to HMRC at the end of the year you can then allocate all these payments to the bill from the Money>Unallocated cash menu.
