Invoice value from supplier is less than the money debited from my account - how to reconcile?

I received an invoice from a supplier for £59.40, but the direct debit that came out paid them £65.40. How do I go about reconciling this?

Hi Joe,

Are you going to receive a refund of £6 or just keep the over payment as a payment on account to pay off a future purchase invoice for the same supplier?
