OPENING BALANCE

HI, I have entered all my opening balances and once updated the debits equaled the credits. Yet i still get a red pop up that states it doesnt balance. i have then exited the opening balance and went back into it only to find all my entried have no dissapeared. p.s im new to clear books! PLEASE ASISST.

In fact, I can see a support agent is currently working on the issue with the attachments you have provided. He will be in touch shortly.

Just to confirm, when inputting credit balances in the Credit column, are these entered as negative values?
