Would it be possible to create a support ticket on this so that I can take a look for you and try to work out the best way to correct this for you? Thank you.

Hi Jehaan,

You can simply go to the opening balances under dashboard > Opening balance and select the balance, change the value and press update. I hope this helps.

Hi Mohamed,

i initially wanted to delete the 2 accounts i have created as i saw there are tabs under opening balances which allows you to enter debtors and creditos opening balances.

i have added the opeing balances for debtors and creditors but it isnt displaying the correct amount, even though i have excluded the 2 accounts i have created
