I have several repeat outgoings on the same date every month, is there a way that I can set the system to automatically add this in every month?

Yes, number of occurrences is the number of months you'd like it to recur.

Yes, of course! You will need to set up a recurring template by heading to Purchases > Recurring > Create Recurring Template where you can then specify the invoice date, frequency (monthly in this case) and occurrences. The template will then automatically generate a bill based on the frequency from the invoice date.

Thank you for that, one other thing, I have started creating this. What do I put in Occurrences? Its asking for a number, would this be 1 for once a month, or until I want it to finish?
